Zack Bernbaum
WRITER / DIRECTOR / CO-PRODUCER
Zack Bernbaum is a Canadian filmmaker born in Toronto, Ontario. He has learned American, Canadian and European styles of filmmaking by studying at the University of Southern California, Ryerson University, and the Filmakademie Baden Württemberg. The past four years he has worked professionally on commercials, music videos, television – including History Channel’s “Turning Points of History” – and on more than a dozen short films, mainly as a director or director of photography.
Josh Clavir
PRODUCER
Josh Clavir is a commercial and narrative film producer who has been working professionally for the past four years while attending the undergraduate film program at Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts. He is an award-winning producer whose films have been seen in various festivals. Recently, his film “Her Music Led” won best dramatic film at the U of T Film Festival. Commercially he has produced projects for companies such as Coors Light, Aviva, Telus, and Pepsi co. Josh’s enthusiasm, tireless work ethic and innovative methods make him an invaluable component of any project he is involved in.
Stephen C. Whitehead
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Stephen C. Whitehead is a working cinematographer out of Toronto, Canada who studied film production at Ryerson University. He began his professional career working as a camera assistant, and has worked on everything from Hollywood blockbusters and nationally aired commercials, to independent films and music videos. Currently most of Stephen’s work as a director of photography is shooting music videos, and commercials. Stephen won the Technicolor award for cinematography in both 2006, and 2007.
Sophie Richer
PRODUCTION DESIGNER
Sophie Richer is a visual artist and designer with nine years experience in multimedia, TV, and feature animation productions. She has contributed as 2D animator/line art artist and art director on many projects such as Disney’s “Princess Fashion Boutique” CD ROM, DreamWorks’ “Sinbad and the Seven Seas”, Universal’s “Curious George”, Sylvain Chomet’s “Triplettes of Belleville”, Sony and Jell-O’s commercials and many more. While attending Ryerson University she has developed her talent as a production designer on many projects such as “One Last Attempt”, a period film based in Canada in 1890.

Garth Mercer
OTTO TEIBETH
Garth Mercer is a model and actor currently living in Toronto, Ontario. He began modeling in 2002, and traveled Europe and Asia where he worked for companies such as Calvin Klein and Yamamoto. In 2004 Garth transitioned to acting, and has appeared in numerous commercials – including BMW, Lavalife, Listerine and Kohl’s – and music videos. He has also starred in several short films, and is hoping to make the jump to features in the near future.
Markus Reymann
COMMANDANT KRAMER
Markus Reymann was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and spent the first years of his life traveling back and forth between Wiesbaden and West Kilbride in Scotland. In 1999 Markus moved to Hamburg to study at the University of Music and Drama, and since graduating he has played major and title characters in theaters in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, and also in Basel, Switzerland. Since 2008 Markus has taken a break from the theater to focus mainly on Film and Television and has starred in many productions. Currently he lives in Berlin, Germany.
Paul Babiak
FRANZ WOLFF
Since his training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Paul Babiak has enjoyed a varied career as actor, dramaturg, director, fight choreographer and voice and dialect coach. Favourite stage roles have included Matt Friedman in Lanford Wilson’s Talley’s Folly, and Mr. Punch in Ramón Maria del Valle Inclán’s The Grotesque Farce of Mr. Punch the Cuckold. Film credits include Home For Christmas with Mickey Rooney, and title roles in Denis McGrath and Mark Morgenstern’s Shooter and Chris Philpott’s The Eternal Husband. Fans of forensic science will recognize him as the twisted Deville of Discovery Channel’s Exhibit A.
